Dr. Arllen Ade, PhD

Arllen, who has now lived in the U.S for over two decades, is originally from the vibrant city of Buea, located in the beautiful country of Cameroon. He has been happily married to his wonderful wife, Winnie, for over 20 years, and together they have been blessed with three wonderful children who bring joy to their lives. In addition to his role as a dedicated pastor, Arllen is also a well-trained counselor. He has not only practiced counseling, but has also taught clinical counseling and psychology at esteemed institutions such as Liberty University and Washington University of Virginia, sharing his knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals in the field.

Tricia is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor affiliated with the National Christian Counselors Association, where she applies her expertise to help others. She made the significant move to Hawaii, specifically to the Big Island, in 2015 with a heartfelt desire to faithfully serve the Lord and to be a blessing to women, families, youth, and children in the community. Tricia possesses a wealth of experience across various fields, including education, business administration, and Christian ministry, which she draws upon in her counseling practice. It is her sincere goal to guide individuals and families toward walking in freedom and healing through Christ Jesus. Additionally, Tricia is a proud Filipino-American who speaks Tagalog fluently, allowing her to connect with a broader range of individuals and families.

Dr. Ben is a highly skilled physician and trained counselor. He has been serving with BestAide Counseling since the year 2020, dedicating his time and expertise to those seeking support. He hails from from Limbe, Cameroon and is blessed with three siblings. He is a trained medical doctor and professional in clinical counseling with practicum experience addressing various mental health concerns.

Dr. Najeme takes great pleasure in providing effective healing to individuals in need of guidance and assistance. He works compassionately with both adults and children, employing a diverse array of treatment modalities specifically designed for addressing mood disorders. His thoughtful approach includes trauma-informed biblical counseling, which integrates psychological principles with spiritual wisdom. Dr. Ben’s extensive background as a physician has significantly enhanced his counseling skills, and he is deeply dedicated to helping clients navigate their internal struggles, ultimately guiding them toward achieving meaningful healing for their hearts and minds.

Pastor John has experienced an extreme transformation over the past 25 years. After a radical conversion on Father’s Day in 2002, Jesus turned his life around from a lifestyle of drug-dealing, addictions, and alcoholism to becoming a surrendered and sober servant of the Lord. His commitment is evident in his 20-year marriage to Sarah and their family life, raising five children (within a six-year span).

John's journey from a broken past to a life of eternal purpose includes various roles such as a counselor, church planter, pastor, missionary, and college professor. His diverse experiences and deep faith enable him to impact the lives of others for eternity, offering Gospel-driven counsel and support to those facing similar battles. Through his ministry and educational endeavors, Pastor John continues to inspire hope and transformation as he makes multiplying disciples in his sphere of influence.

Taylor specializes in solution-focused counseling, biblical counseling, and premarital counseling, assisting individuals and couples in navigating life's complexities with confidence and spiritual insight. His pastoral leadership includes successfully planting and leading Ten27 Church in Charleston, SC, where he emphasizes holistic discipleship, relational health, and community engagement.

Taylor's background as a Chaplain in the U.S. Air Force further enhances his ability to address issues uniquely faced by military families and individuals, including stress management, resilience building, and relational healing. His approachable demeanor, combined with his commitment to scriptural integrity and practical wisdom, creates an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered toward lasting change.
